SALSA Sensual Adaptation to Life’s Stresses and Aging.

A Wellness journey through dance and/or better health practices through lifestyle coaching and reading my self help novel: The Mane Tale ~ An Interior, Cosmic  Journey

I have been involved with dance for over 32 years. As a child I learned Southern Indian dancing while in India, and in the years that followed  studied classical Ballet, Jazz, African, and Cuban Dance in the US. I am committed  to providing high quality dance education and serving the community. I am able to accomplish this by constantly trying  to improve my dance wisdom and technique. I teach and attend weekly classes in various dance forms and perform regularly.  I have been salsa dancing since 1993 and teaching Salsa since 1996. My students come from all walks of life and various age groups,  from pre-teens to 80 year olds. I have worked extensively with many cultures: African-Americans, Asian-Americans, Latin-Americans, Caucasians and immigrants from different countries.  I view dance as a wonderful way to promote health and move us towards  wellness and wholeness.  I have been a health care provider since 1978 and have experienced clients need for better lifestyle practices however, the motivation may need to be improved.  I can assist with this process.

Please come and find out for yourself !!!
